According to a recent study by Binary Fountain, “51% of Americans say they shared their personal healthcare experiences via social media and online ratings and review sites.” What does this mean for hospitals and providers? In this episode, we had a chance to visit with Chrissy Daniels who is widely recognized for her pioneering work in the areas of consumerism and physician performance data transparency.
