In part six of this recidivism series, we talk with Jennifer Johnson of the public defender’s office about jail populations, public health, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Jennifer serves as co-vice chair of the Anderson County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and is the Chief Circuit Public Defender of the 10th Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.
